The “GO HOUSE” by Genesis® Homes Will Be Unveiled to a National Audience of Builders at the 2010 International Builders' Show in Las Vegas

Genesis “GO House” will be located in the IBS Outdoor Village near the Main Entrance, #P2

TROY, Mich., Jan. 11, 2010 - Champion Enterprises, Inc., (Pink Sheets: CJHBQ), a leader in factory-built construction, today announced that its “GO House,” marketed under the company’s Genesis Homes brand, will be displayed for the first time in front of a national builder audience at the 2010 International Builders’ Show (IBS).

“We are particularly excited because the GO House will also feature the NextGen Experience by iShow making our display a top destination at the builder’s show,” said Kevin Flaherty, vice president of marketing for Champion Enterprises.

The GO House will be unveiled at the 2010 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas on January 19th - 22nd in the IBS Outdoor Village near the Main Entrance, #P2. It is Genesis first-ever, nationally produced modular home built to green standards and it is available to customers via the GO House website. It is sold through approved local builders. The Go House website, www.thegohouse.com, lets customers configure their home online by selecting a base floor plan, then customizing their plan by choosing first floor additions, second-story options, and garage designs to create a truly customized home. Once their home is designed, the consumer will receive the price of the modules, as well as guidance for site costs, allowing them to develop a complete project budget.

The first offering of its kind to customers, the GO House is a beautiful, affordable, greener home, that can be built and installed almost anywhere in the country in less than 90 days. It is professionally designed and engineered, and built by experienced craftsmen in a controlled, state-of-the-art factory environment. The modules are built to satisfy the National Association of Home Builders Green program. “The GO House standard features, along with our modular construction package, make it easy for our builders to achieve NAHB green certification,” said Flaherty.

“We are excited to showcase the GO House to a builder audience. We believe the combination of affordable and green construction is the right mix for the next generation of home construction. In addition, the GO House website is designed to provide a steady stream of qualified consumer leads to approved GO House builders. Our modular building system makes certified Green construction easy for builders looking to branch out into one of the fastest growing housing sectors,” added Flaherty. At the International Builders’ Show in January, Genesis Homes will be seeking builders who want to participate in this exciting new concept.
