Challenge
While meeting expectations for speed and quality with every development is a critical concern, meeting those expectations within the strict security and access protocols of a military installation created a significant logistical challenge.
Solution
- In addition to basic building structures, Genesis provided the foundations, garages, porches and decks for more than 150 living units (including accessible units)
- All structures met IRC building codes and since 80% of each unit was built and inspected off-site, the number of construction days required on-site, and the impact of the base's security procedures, were dramatically reduced.
