Solution
- To assist displaced families, Genesis Homes developed an intensive, four-week apprentice program to provide construction skills to candidates in rough framing, drywall finishing, siding and roofing
- The first four graduates helped install the initial Genesis home and were placed in jobs within a month of "graduation"
