Genesis by Champion built, delivered and installed 38 one- and two-story homes at a rate of one per day to redevelop and revitalize a nine square block urban community surrounding a Detroit elementary school. The rapid build rate was critical to site security and the Company's off-site construction limited neighborhood and local elementary school impact.
