Genesis Provides Workforce Housing for Victorian-Inspired Development 

Genesis Homes of Colorado provided a complete turnkey project for Meritage Development Group’s Stratton Flats located in Gypsum, Colorado. This development is a mix of 270 deed-restricted and free-market townhomes and single-family homes,
designed to provide workforce housing for local residents. Genesis Homes constructed the modules in a controlled manufacturing facility and coordinated various subcontractors. On site, Genesis Homes built porches and stairs, garages, overbuilds and installed the HVAC systems.
