Genesis by Champion built, delivered, installed, and finished two triplexes and one six-plex on a parcel of land located in downtown Lyons. The developer needed an architecturally appropriate solution for this restricted site located in the heart of this small town in the foothills outside of Boulder, Colorado. Speed and ease of construction were also project requirements.
