Step 1: Contact Genesis Homes

Step 2: Obtain a manufactured home license
Before you take delivery of the models, you will need to have a manufactured home license. To find the application for your state, click HERE for a document that will help you and find your state to obtain the license.
Step 3: Find an approved job site
Although our homes do look like the traditional site-built alternative, manufactured HUD homes can be zoned out due to local municipalities. Contact the municipality you will be building in to make sure your land is zoned correctly.
Step 4: Fill out an application
To work with us, your application will need to be filled out and approved to work with Genesis Homes.
