This project resides in Fenton, Michigan, at a Sun Community showcasing the innovation within manufactured homes. These homes give an exterior appeal that gives innovation in manufactured homes a new level. Most of these models have an exterior covered porch, unique siding, curb appeal colors, and a variety of elevations.
On the inside, these models have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Most with cutting edge stainless-steel appliances, modern features including LED back-lit mirrors, and other features. These homes still hold an affordable price compared to the site-built method.
